I'm the founder of The Randolph Group and since that time, with great partners and colleagues, we've built our business from just a handful of associates to today's multi-line enterprise with 15 locations and thousands of customers. I've enjoyed very much collaborating on strategy, team-building, strategic growth M&A, and supporting and funding innovation and profitable growth. I can truly say I feel very fortunate to have the quality of enjoyable, motivated people I get to work with every day.
Working with our leadership teams on strategy, then launching the strategy and seeing it work is the best feeling of success in business. The most gratifying part of what I do is watching people develop and grow from starting positions to increasing responsibility at the top of the organization. We're proud to be an important part of making lives better for the people at our suppliers, our own employees and our customers. We take pride in finding ways to make our communities better as part of our daily work.
I've enjoyed sharing my experience and trying to help others grow or start their businesses, including as a Lecturer in Entrepreneurship at UCLA Anderson, member of the Venture Mentoring Team, Treasurer of Love Futbol, Advisory Board Member of Illinois Bank and Trust and the Alumni Board at UCLA Anderson.

I have been fortunate to have had the opportunity to lead and run manufacturing businesses since I was in my 30's. I spent my first 25 years in business as a tier one supplier to the global automotive OEMs. I've always said time in the automotive markets is like dog years where you get 7 years of experience every twelve months.
I love product development. Over my career my teams have successfully brought hundreds of complex high volume mechatronic products to market and I have negotiated and led numerous acquisition and divestitures. While I have never stopped learning, at this point in my career I truly feel I have some wisdom to share.Â
This leads to my current passion, building strongly independent data-driven teams and organizations that excel in all aspects of their business, supported by disciplined business processes, strategy, planning and execution. In business, there is nothing more fun than growth and at TRG our growth is profitable, continuous and sustainable and comes from a balanced blend of organic and acquisitive initiatives.
Ken is the past CEO of ARENS Controls Company, LLC, Executive Vice President of the Cherry Corp (NASDAQ), and President Cherry Automotive. Ken is a degreed engineer with an MBA.

Over the last 20 years I’ve had the pleasure of advising and supporting over 100 companies across a full spectrum of sizes and industries in both the public and private markets. From providing debt (senior & subordinated) to equity (growth, buyout, venture) I’ve been lucky to have worked with some great entrepreneurs and businesses. I enjoy being a key player as an expert generalist and financial leader. My favorite role is helping management teams build, finance, and execute long- term growth strategies. That is a role and responsibility that I value deeply because profitable growing companies create jobs that positively impact the families and communities of our companies.
Professional roles prior to joining The Randolph Group include working at Prism Capital and at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey (now Truist Securities).
